ALL RUGER 10/22 receivers left the factory as rifles and must remain rifles. If you want to build a pistol, you must start with either a 22 Charger receiver or a virgin aftermarket receiver.

Brand new OEM Ruger, factory take-off. Comes with TD receiver, action screw, complete bolt assembly and complete trigger group with pins. Everything you see in the pictures. Just to clarify, these come on Ruger’s Stainless model 10/22 but the receiver is made from aluminum.
